100 days far away from home

100 days abroad, 100 days in England, 100 days away from family & friends, 100 days a different language & culture..

Time goes by so fast. It's unbelievable. I still remember the first day here in England and it feels like only one month has passed since then. But it's actually 3 whole months - 100 days. I had the worst days and nights for a long time but it was also the most exciting time in my life so far. I've already learned so much. About myself, about people, what can happen to you in life, how different things can be in another country and also how equal some things are as well. I've already changed a lot. The way I look at things. My opinion on certain things. The way I react in situations I've never been in before. How I cope with problems ...
And that was only one third of my whole year abroad.

The move to Somersham was also like a new beginning. Everthing is so much better! Feeling so happy after all.

I decided to carry on writing my blog in english. Some people I've met here wanted to understand what I'm writing about and it's good practice for me anyway. Sometimes it's even easier to write in english. So I hope this change is alright for you guys in Germany (:

Even if I'm not in this christmas mood yet I hope at least everyone else enjoys the days before christmas. Snow would help me to feel more christmassy but - no snow for England - not yet..

Sending my virtual love to all of you!
Love you all lots! Jo ♥♥♥
